Staying at the Hilton Garden Inn was quite enjoyable. The holiday decorations created a cozy vibe, making it feel festive. I loved the spacious room and the comfortable beds. it felt like a nice place to unwind after a day exploring. The staff were polite and ready to assist with anything we needed. The location was another highlight. It’s centrally situated, making it easy to get to restaurants and attractions. Now, there were a few issues worth mentioning. I found the breakfast pricing quite high considering the room rate. Paying $12.95 per person for breakfast felt excessive, especially when many other hotels include that in the stay. Also, there were some maintenance hiccups in our room. The shower had trouble with drainage, leaving the bathroom floor wet after use. These issues didn't ruin the stay, but they were noticeable.

Had an awesome trip with friends! We visited the Rod Runs and Wilderness Wildlife Week, which were super fun. The hotel offered 48-inch LCD televisions, great for relaxing after a day of adventure. Outdoor activities nearby, like ziplining and hiking trails, kept us entertained. Perfect spot for a group getaway! Just be ready for possible delays with service.
On the downside, we encountered issues with our room keys, which caused some frustration. It took multiple trips to the front desk to get it sorted out.

Excellent customer service and great amenities
I recently stayed here for 3 nights and was thrilled with the accommodating staff and the cleanliness of my room. The indoor and outdoor pools provided lots of fun, especially with the added water slide for the kids. However, the breakfast options could be better. there were limited choices that didn’t adequately match the price.

Well, the room itself was very nice, comfortable and clean. The highlight of the stay was definitely the breakfast service, Nick at the breakfast bar was brilliant, always ready to whip up the best meals and making everyone smile like it was personal.
It wasn’t cheap, but you know, it was still acceptable considering the service we got.

We enjoyed attending the Rod Runs and Wilderness Wildlife Week. The hotel had awesome amenities like a pool and a fitness center. Plus, nearby adventures like horse riding and ziplining were a hit for our group. Our room was comfy with a large TV to unwind after busy days.
I did encounter a less-than-stellar experience when trying to add another night to our stay. The hotel couldn't match our original rate, which was a bit disappointing. Customer service seemed a little off this time, but hopefully, that improves.

The movie nights were a fun touch. We had issues with our room keys multiple times. The staff seemed a little overwhelmed at times. Overall, a decent stay, but they need better key management.
